Time Magazine’s 2019 special edition on the Art of Optimism features the innovative Finding a Line: Skateboard, Music, and Media program that debuted at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts four years ago.
There are so many great skateparks all over the world where riders are continuously recreating the sport and pushing it forward. Over the last few years, Solstik has partnered on skateboard and music events along the U.S. East Coast offering contests, music, food, special guests, and skate and apparel vendor booths.

Solstik Creative Founder Derran Eaddy rode for Element Skateboards and was a New Mexico Commissioner on Higher on Education appointed by then Governor Bruce King. He worked in the education field for seven years and holds a master’s degree in Mass Communications.
